Har kaam mai sabqat chahta hai
Or naam bara kamata hai
Tu apnay kalay dhandon ko
Insaaf ki bhaint charhata hai
Mat bhool puranay waqt ko tu
Jab tu bhi adna naukar tha
Insaaf ki batain karta tha
or sach kehnay say darta tha
Haq k sailab pai jab teray
kala paisa parta tha
Jab chand paison ki khatir tu
Emaan ka sauda karta tha
Or lalach kay is jungle mai
Tu kai kai meel ko chalta tha
Ab takhta tera ulat gaya
Or hath bhi tera khali hai
Aik baat samajh lai aye nadan
Dunya ki ulfat theek sahi
Per rizq tera halali ho
Emaan ki taqat chor kay jo
In dhandon mai parjata hai
Aik roz bari ruswae say
wo apni jaan ganwata hai
